The Ghana Education Service has announced that candidates shortlisted for its ongoing recruitment exercise will be made public on July 20, 2026, while successful applicants are expected to begin work on August 31, 2026.
In a statement signed by Deputy Director-General (Management Services), Prof. Smile Dzisi, the Service outlined key dates for the recruitment process.
According to GES, the review of applications is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026. Officials are currently assessing submissions to ensure applicants meet the qualifications and requirements stated in the recruitment advertisement.
Following the assessment phase, shortlisted candidates will be announced on July 20. Successful applicants will then undergo onboarding and orientation activities at the regional and district levels from July 20 to August 31.
GES stated that all successful candidates are expected to officially assume duty on August 31, 2026.
